I am trying to be organized with my reading, but it is hard. While trying to picture what I will read during June, I am realizing that:

  1. I am a mood reader, so setting up a list perhaps is not the way to go. What if I am not able to follow? What if a new book becomes available from my Library holds? What if a book I wanted comes on sale? Oh, so many variables tomy reading moodswings that I am not sure if a list will be followed. I will do my best. That is my honest commitment.
  2. I can be a very slow or very fast reader. What does it depend on? Well, it depends on ANYTHING else going on in my life. How busy I am with my day job (at least a solid 8 hours a day). How much my kids will need me, or my husband will need my support. It depends on my level of tiredness at the beginning, middle, or end of the day.
  3. I can be very disorganized!. I thrive on spontaneity and procrastination. That is my truth, and I am absolutely fine with it.

So why make a list? Because I want to be a better reader, a more mindful reader, a picky reader that can see ahead a plan to read books that are in my TBR, on my shelf, that will be released, and books that have won awards.  I want to read books that are on my radar because the cover is absolutely gorgeous.  I want to read books because I went to the Library and “it was available”.

So here are my books (in no particular order)
